We are updating to Jira Software 8.13.0 but your application, Quick Subtasks for Jira is not available to this version LTS 8.13.0. Could you support this version as soon as possible?
Unless the developers read the community forums I don't think this call for help will reach them.
Normally you can either ask them for a compatibility check through your managed apps (when installed) or through his webpage (https://www.hascode.com/about/ )
He does not appear to have any dedicated support channel so maybe try twitter? :)
