Trigger action when issue moved from backlog to the board

Hi.
I'd like to create an automation rule to trigger an action (assign assignee to be exact) when any person drags an issue from the backlog to the board.
Could anyone please give me a hint?

Hello @Andrzej Hull ,

Yes,

if it is a scrum board, we can try by using the below automation.

"Dummy Story 2" is in my backlog, which is not assigned to anyone.
Now I'm moving this to sprint.

Based on the automation rule, issue is assigned to me.

The automation rule I used as below

Try this automation once.
when issue added into sprint / issue added into sprint board (active sprint). ticket is successfully assigned to someone by automation.

Thanks,
Anvesh Kagithala

And if you're working with Kanban, not with Sprints, what variable should you check?
