Transition issue when date is due

Hello,

I would like to transition issues from the Backlog to a "To Do" status when the "due date" is due. I tried using the function "Scheduled" with ths JQL but it has not worked: duedate <= 0d and duedate > -1d

Does somebody have a clue what I'm doing wrong?

Hi @Sergi Ortega 

Why do you use duedate > -1d ?

Can you please try this one?

• due < now() and type = Task and status = Backlog and Prio = "TOP Prio Partner"

Also check the JQL result in issue navigator.

Wanted to trigger them a day before being due but It works anyway like you said. Thank you so much @Tansu Akdeniz and have a great weekend!
