In Tempo plugin there used to be "Log Time" button. Suddenly the button is gone. There is only "Plan Time" button which does a different thing.
Was there a recent change to the plugin?
What do I do to be able to log time?
Any help is much appreciated...

Please, navigate to JIRA Administration > System > Global Permissions > scroll down to Tempo Timesheets Access and verify if you're part of the group that has this permission. This is essential to access Timesheets' features.
In case you have that permission, please, verify if you have Work On Issues permission within the project you're trying to log work on.

Apparently the issue has magically disappear after several days. Now it all works, though we did not make any configuration change.

This just now started to happen to us our our Cloud instance of Jira. The "+ Log Time" button only appears for some users, not all users. Those that don't have it, not see "+Plan Time".

Hi, @Rex Parsons. In this case, please contact Tempo support directly so they can help you diagnose the problem.
Most likely, it is cloud services related (Tempo's or Atlassian's).

@Rex Parsons The "+ Log Time" button has also disappeared from some of our users today. They only see the "+ Plan Time" option. They do have the work around of using "w" from the keyboard though. Did you get any resolution on this?

Same issue on our Jira Cloud + Tempo instance.
'Log Time' button is available for admins & on some tickets only for some users. All the workarounds does work though.
I would like to get info on this to write back to users when it's back to normal. @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_

A fix for this problem has just been released.
Please try it out and let us know if you still encounter this problem.
