Tempo in Jira has not worked for two weeks. Is there any solution to fix it ?

for two weeks we have recieved this message :

Something's gone wrong

Can you please create a ticket for this in our Tempo Support system, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this. 

Can you please check if all users in your system are affected and if you can reproduce this when using a different browser?
