Tempo error when opening

Hello, suddenly Tempo stopped working correctly. When any user clicks on the menu item, the page loads for a couple of seconds and then gives this error:

========

Something's gone wrong

Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support.

ERROR: KIJBR2

========

I tried to extend to the paid version (trial) but it didn't work. How can I explore or fix the origin of the problem?

Thanks

Hi @mastrofini_cfp_it ,

Can you please create a ticket for this in our Tempo Support portal, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this.

Screenshots and information if all users are affected might be helpful.

Best regards,
Susanne Götz
