Jira cloud

PowerBI desktop

We have a project with worklog that we want to import in powerBI desktop.

We created  data source using PowerBI connector for Jira, with an existing template, after that we import in powerBI desktop.

We import them using the function import powerBI model and indicate the data source's URL.

The table are all imported but the TempoCostTrackerTable are completely empty.

Hello Luca,

Let me try to advise here.

The main point is to double-check that the Jira user who performs a Power BI export has sufficient permission to access Tempo Cost Tracker data:

In particular, your Jira administrator needs to grant the "Tempo Cost Tracker Access" global permission to the corresponding user, as shown here: https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/570851941/Granting+Access+to+Cost+Tracker

If it does not help, please consider contacting the Support team of the app's vendor. Should you have the Power BI connector from Alpha Serve, follow this Help Desk link or email support@alpha-serve.com.

Regards,
Daniel
