Table Grid Next Gen migration

Hello,

We are trying to migrate JSM from DC to Cloud, we are using TGNG for Jira DC. We could not find any migration pathway so we tried to export the issues with that Table grid custom fields but it exported data of table, but was storing data comma separated. 

Please suggest a way to migrate the table grid data from DC to cloud in efficient way.
