Summary is being shown as empty on coverage view for an issue

Hi,
I have every issue which is created on R4J tree has a summary and priority associated with it.
I can even view this under "Issues" that each issue is associated with its respective summary and priority.
But in coverage view, for example for issue HET-3(Snapshot attached)
I see that summary and priority display fields are empty, but issue type, key, status for this issues are visible.
In display fields filter, all 5 fields are checked to be able to view.
Could you please let me know, how to resolve this issue.
