Suddenly, no more Tickets get created from E-Mails with attachments bigger than 3MB

Hello everyone. I have an urgent problem with the Email This Issue app. We use the Next Gen Mail Handler. It started with that E-Mails with attachments bigger than 3MB got ignored by the Mail Handler, no tickets created. They are not even listed in the log! But in the Outlook mailbox they are set to read state. It got worse, E-Mails with attachements bigger than 2MB didn't create tickets. And now it's even with E-Mails bigger than 1MB... I purged all the mails I could from the Email Log & Incoming Mail Log! But still, the same problem consists. No changes were made to the Mail Handler lately, about a month ago it worked with no problem, now all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone have any advice what else I could do?
