Hi all (especially you David AKA master of all things Structure),
I am having trouble with S-JQL not being recognized. I have tried it in Filter and Insert. Could this possibly require something other than my admin giving access to Structure itself?
Hi @Frankie Sanchez ,
As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned, you do need access to Structure in order to use S-JQL, but I believe you are set up to use it based on your previous questions.
Could you share the S-JQL you are trying and some more information about the Insert and Filter generators? My guess is the option you are selecting.
When the S-JQL option is selected, you don't need to add the preceding issue in structure() it's described in some more detail here in the S-JQL Cookbook.
Best,
David
You do need access to Structure to be able to use its functions.
