Does anyone use Structure Gantt and Tempo, with the Tempo data coming through and reflecting in Gantt?
We're thinking of moving to time recording in Tempo and would also like to starting planning in Jira (instead of Excel at the moment).
Tempo looks like an excellent choice for timekeeping. We use Structure Cloud for issue views and are really impressed with. Structure Gantt looks like a good option, at the right price point, for planning.
Any guides on using both products or feedback on their integration would be great.
Thanks
Mark
Hello Mark,
David from ALM Works here. Apologies for the delay.
There is some Tempo data that can be utilized by Structure and Structure.Gantt. Generally speaking, if the data is available as a Jira field, it can be utilized in our products.
That being said, there is some Tempo data that is stored as an attribute. This would be something we are unable to access at the moment.
Would you mind sharing a little more information on which Tempo product you are using and what specific data points you would want to see in Structure.Gantt?
If it is more convenient for you, please feel free to share any additional details directly with our support team by opening a ticket at support.almworks.com or by sending an email to support@almworks.com.
I look forward to your response!
Best Regards,
David Niro
