Standalone Comment in JETI (incoming mail handler)


Is it possible to add a "standalone" comment to a ticket (which is completely independent from the body of the email)?

Question 2: Is it also possible to create the comment just from an extracted PART of the body? According to my understanding, only "complete body as a comment" or "a part up to the SplitRegEx" is currently possible. Right?

Hi Olli,

Currently, all comments added by the mail handler are based on the incoming email, so the standalone comment is not possible.

I WILL base the comment on the incoming email, BUT I will use only a part from subject or body. e.g. extracted with RegEx from body. With all other fields this is possibe, but NOT with comment (right?)
