Sprint scope not showing in Big Picture (8.6.4)

We are having an issue displaying the scope of a Sprint in Big Picture. However, it works in our Pre-Prod environment for the same project with the same configuration and data. Our Production system works for other projects. We have synchronised every setting we can find between Prod and Pre-Prod and have even upgrade to 8.6.4, but with no joy. It seems to be only one project and only in Production that it doesn't find the scope, or at least the system tries to display it and then reports that nothing is present in the sprint!

We have setup a hierarchy of Boxes. So the top level scope shows, but the Hybrid Stage, and the iteration do not show.

Please help!

Issue resolved. The Project in question were working from a corrupt sprint. We created a new sprint and realigned the issues, and everything works perfectly.
