Hello, Im starting to work with structures and facing what seems to be a easy issue, but im unable to figure it out.
I cant sort the tickets by status, I group the ticket by status, but I want to order the status as in my kanban board, open, analyzing...
Can you provide any suggestion?

Have you tried using the "Sort" Automation?
I added the "Sort by Attribute" Automation to the top level of the Structure, selected "Status" as the attribute to order by, and applied it to all levels of the Structure. That resulted in all my issues being sorted by Status.
