When attempting to respond to a post, the Smart QnA Plugin is returning the following message to the user:
"Oops... something went wrong. We could not create your answer or comment. Please try again later"
To me the message implies a "server-side" issue at the Confluence "cloud" but the message has been persisting for more than a day and across office and home environments.
User has full permissions for the plugin, the page, and the page's parent-space.
Has anyone seen this behavior before and if so what solution(s) were applied?
