Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,
In one of our JIRA project, we need to lock most of custom fields for edit,
as depending upon request life sycle (status).
So, when browse into some request the user try to edit untill 5 sec later those fields are locked for editing.
This behaviour is annoying the end users.
Kindly,
Gilad

Hi @Gilad Shtern ,
behaviour is something that happens on client side so it is difficoult to investigate about latency. Usually, it takes 80ms so it is acceptable.
Are all your user affected by this issue?

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,
Does 5 sec for lock is valid?
Let's say user is fast enough to do field change.
It would be very hard for track all those changes.
80ms is very fast & user would be very happy with that.
Kindly,
Gilad

5secs seems not acceptable. What's your check at issue level?

What do you mean by: "What's your check at issue level?"
If there're such levels, pls, let me know how to config them.

Gilad
