Send an email from Confiforms, displays a different subject line

Hello,

I have a form and a status field is defined with values - Initiated / Approved / In-progress / Implemented.

I have defined an IFTTT- macro to send email when modification is done on the form. The "subject for email message" in the IFTTT-Macro used is " Request: [entry.product.id] -[entry.status]".

However, the email that i receive from confluence displays a different status in the subject line -  (moved/complete/ current) and not picking up from the status field that was defined.

What did I do wrong?
Please help!

Are you trying to send the label of the status field in the email subject line?

[entry.status.label]
