When I attempt to export an entire space (parent & children pages) to PDF via the add-on, certain pictures are not displayed.
Funny thing is, when the pictures for one page (article) cannot be displayed, the other pictures in the same page (article) will also not be displayed.
I have then attempted to export the affected page (article) in question individually, and none of the pictures can be displayed in the resulting PDF file.
On the location where the picture is supposed to appear, there is just an empty box with borders.
The pictures are in PNG format. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reporting. Are you using Scroll PDF Exporter on Confluence Cloud? Could it also be that the page title of the affected page has a slash in its page title?
There's an issue in Confluence Cloud (see https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/CE-735) that's causing missing images in those scenarios.
If you experience the issue with a page without the mentioned character, it would be great if you could send us a XML Export of the affected page, as well as your template and information about the Scroll PDF Exporter version and Confluence version (if you're on Confluence server) to support@k15t.com, so we can further investigate.
Best,
Nils
That was exactly the problem - I've removed the slash from the title and the images are now correctly rendering. Thanks

Hi @Tan Rong Wei and @Claire Thomas Gaggiotti ,
Have you created a support ticket at support.k15t.com ? Usually you will be asked for a Space export so the support team can reproduce the issue.
In general images (even svg) are supported. My gut feeling is that they either might be referenced incorrectly or that there is someting specific in these files.
Best, Tobias

I have the same problem. Did you consequently find any solutions?
