Run Issuefuncition in JQL

I'm trying to create a rule to run every night (Chron rule) and update some records from a JQL query.

It's was easy using Automation but I have an issue in JQL. Did not find any record to update.

               

I'm using the issuefunction feature:

issueFunction in Subtasksof("Filter='Capitalization Bootstrap P_SC_E_T'")

As you can see, there are 0 results as output.

Using the Jira search engine, they're a 21 records to update:

 Is there any limitation to using this kind of command in JQL box?

I have a hierarchy defined by Plans (old Portfolio):

And once i have the issues "Parent" I'm using the following searches to find all cases belongs to the Parents:
