Restrict Tempo time logging in a Done issue after the last day of the month.

Hi Team,

Is it possible to limit the time logging to a completed issue (its possible through workflow properties -"" . But we don’t want to set this flag until the last day of the month for which the ticket was marked “complete”. So that people can still log the time until the period is over.
