Request Failed when Activating a project in RJ4 of Jira

Hi,

I've just installed R4J on my Jira(server). I tried to add one of my project in "Activate Projects" but failed with a message "Request failed", anyone why is that? Thank you so much

Hello @Bob_Kang ,

I´m Bernhard from Ease Solutions, the vendor of R4J. There could be different reasons for the error message. To help you, could you please file a service desk ticket with us?

Best Regards,
Bernhard

Hi Bernhard,

I've just submitted a service desk ticket, pls check it out.
