Qmetry Test cycle not populating

As shown in the image, the test cycle list keeps on loading for few users in the project. They all have the required access permission.testcycle.png

Hi Pooja,

This seems to be a browser's local storage issue. You can try clearing the Browser's local storage to resolve such problems, which can be accessed from the Browser's developer tools >> application tab.

You can also contact the QMetry Support team for further help if the issue persists. Their response time is very good.
