Project Configurator - project configurator + org.springframework.beans.factory.unsatisfied dependen

I am using Project Configurator 3.9.5 version to migrate 39 projects from JIRA Server instance to the JIRA Data Center instance.

After selecting .zip file file for 39 projects at Run Simulation report i got below PC error

 

An error occurred during the load:

Operation failed for reason: io.atlassian.util.concurrent.LazyReference$InitializationException: org.springframework.beans.factory.UnsatisfiedDependencyException: Error creating bean with name 'com.cadence.plugins.customhistory.jira.jira.jql.CustomHistoryFunction': Unsatisfied dependency expressed through constructor parameter 0; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No qualifying bean of type 'com.atlassian.jira.user.UserProjectHistoryManager' available: expected at least 1 bean which qualifies as autowire candidate. Dependency annotations: {}
