Problems with email handler (Email this issue from Metainf)

Hello all.

Is s.o. also using the mentioned plugin?

We are facing 2 issues every few days with this plugin:

1. The emails stop being processed suddenly. The emails are collected from outlook mail DB but then stay at the "being processed" queue forever. The only solution to restart the whole application and re-queue all these emails. There are no signs that relate to specific emails or attachments or s.th.

2. Suddenly email handlers stop working, From time to time on of the emails in the mail DB are no longer collected from the email handler. The only solution is to delete and re-create the incoming mail collection to this handler and then it starts working again.

Has someone of you similar problems? The addon manufacturer cannot help us with these problems.
