We use sub-tasks against our stories and they generally are in a particular order that they need to be played in. When you view the story, the sub tasks are sorted in order and the order can be changed by moving the tasks up or down the list within the story. We use sprints to play a group of stories and need to print the stories with sub tasks so we can move them across a physical board.
However when you print the stories and tasks, they are printed either in the order they are presented in the Issues search, or the order they were created (by Key number). There is no way to print stories with sub tasks in order of how they appear within the story.
Are there any plans to add this as an option in future releases?
