Hope you are doing well. Unfortunately, it's not possible with Jira alone. There are many plug-ins over the market place that can help you achieve what you are looking for and beyond. I am leaving a few suggestions here: 

• Automation for Jira
• Jira Misc Workflow Extensions (JMWE)
• Scriptrunner for Jira

Automation and jmwe don`t working also. 

Behaviours should do PREFILL.
