Hi,
We are using Jira Cloud Premium.
I am wondering if there is an add on in the Atlassian Marketplace using which we will be able to set per Jira user max working hours per week so that it will work with Jira "Timetracker" or "Timesheet reports" to retrieve logged hours per week per user and compare with set max hours? And have the possibility to get that as a report and get notified when a user exceeds the set maximum?
I have looked through "Tempo Planner" add-on, but not sure of that works with only "Tempo" or "Timetracker" as well.
Please advise.
Thanks
Vicky
In the Tempo Timesheets app, you have the option to set a maximum number of hours that users can log on a day.
Please take a look at https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/setting-up-and-configuring-tempo-timesheets/configuring-logging-time-options.html for more information.
Best regards,
Susanne Götz

Hi Vicky,
Please check https://primetimesheet.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/blog/2019/11/12/778534934/Restrict+Working+Hours+Per+Day, if it suits your needs, then give Prime Timesheet app a try, if so.
Thank you.

hi @Andriy Zhdanov thanks for your prompt reply.
I am not sure I understand from where exactly as seen below I can set max hours per user per week.
Please advise

Hi Vicky,
It's configured in Jira https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-time-tracking/, I will update the article with the information.
Thank you.
