We have a workflow that you can transition out of the To Do state to multiple other states depending on certain conditions and certain approval mappings. The issue I'm having is that all those approval options are appearing in the ticket, even though only ONE will actually work. It is confusing to users, who know they have to approve something, but aren't always sure which button to click. If they click the wrong one is sends an error. Is there a way to only show the applicable approval and hide the one where the condition isn't met?
I answered my own question - I needed to add in a conditional rule within the Herzum product, in addition to the JQL condition I had added in the workflow. Now I only see the option I want users to see depending on specific field selections.
