We use Slack Connector for JIRA to receive emails notifications and notifications to Slack of our issues, projects, etc on JIRA. Since our free trial expired, we purchased the Slack Connector for JIRA for a year. We typed the license key and updated de add-on. Now, we are not receiving email notifications nor notifications to Slack. Is there anything else we have to do to have that working again? Thank you in advance for your help.
