We have been using the Comala publishing app and Comala approvals app for some time now without issue. Today, a user created a page and I approved it. However, when Comala attempts to publish to the target space, an error message occurs. I’ve tried to google this message and haven’t found any hits. After the error occurs, the page shows “New” however the approval shows Approved. I’ve tried to edit the page and re-approve, but this doesn’t fix the issue.
I cannot attach screenshots, but if I could, the first would include the display of the message that the publishing status reaches 100% and the message "The publishing process is complete!"
Then, the second screenshot contains the full error message:
“Could not publish page. An error occurred and page with title <the page title> and contentId <content id> have been published partially…”
Unfortunately, I don’t know where to go to get logs of what’s causing the issue and I haven’t found this error message on any sites.
Looks like Comala got acquired by Appfire, and their support site isn't accepting tickets any longer.
This has been a great app, I'd really hate to have to get rid of it because of this issue.
