Need to copy a cascading custom field from an Epic to its child Story via Jira Automation in JDC

I need to copy content from a cascading custom field from an Epic to its child Story/Task via Jira Automation in JDC. The cascading custom field does not show up. Looks like, Jira automation does not support it. Is there any workaround or alternative?
