My admin has added a plugin but I cannot see it

hi. My system admin has added structure and structure gaant plugin to our jira system. I can see that information on the plugin in my account setting page but I cannot see the plugin in the apps dropdown window. What can I do?

Hello @Ásta Hrönn (RdN) ,

David from ALM Works here.  Welcome to the Community!!

You will want to ask your Jira Admin to check Structure's Global Permissions.

More specifically, they will want to ensure atlassian-addons-group has permission to "Browse users and Groups".

In that case, you will want to ask your Jira Admin check that Structure's Global Permissions match what we have outlined in the linked documentation.
