Hi,
Can someone please help me, the integration with Outlook and Jira is not working and we are having trouble with that because every time we have to manually add our tickets in Jira.
I really appreciate if someone can help me to fix this issue.

@Vitalii Saienko We have a trouble in our office whenever there is some issue reported via email we used to get that automatically in JIRA software created as incidents.
Now, from past 2 weeks we are not able to get tickets automatically created in JIRA.
Can you help asap.
