Missing Settings when creating a new BigPicture Box

Hey Atlassian Community,
in our Jira instance we recently have the problem that when we create new BigPicture boxes we can no longer retrieve the "Field sync configuration" setting. As you can see in the Screenshots, in Boxes that we created in the past the setting is availabe, but in new created ones there isn´t it.
