Metadatafield with mention from CRM-AddOn

Edited

I'm testing the metadata addon against Confluence's page properties. The CRM add-on with contacts to business partners is important to us. In the page properties I can mention the business partners with "'#", similar to the @User mention (insert the first letters, you get a selection of possible contacts). The business partner is displayed in the page properties report and you can filter for it.
Is it possible to create this kind of mention by # from the CRM AddOn as a metadata field? The mention does´t work in all kind of field types. Maybe the is another way?

Hello @Oliver Bär

Thank you for your question!

I'm sorry that our alerts didn't flag this question initially. I'd still like to take a stab at it in case it is interesting for other users.

The field type "user" in the Metadata for Confluence app can currently be configured to expect either one or multiple user values. "User" means in this case a Confluence user that you could otherwise mention on a Confluence page and who generally has a working license.

Currently the Metadata app is not specifically integrated with a CRM app. If there is current need, we are however happy to open a feature request.

Feel free to reach out in that case with the relevant CRM app name - either here or via our customer portal: https://jira.communardo.de/servicedesk/customer/portal/2

Have a great day!

Best
