Marketplace error when trying to download versions

This morning I'm trying to download the latest versions of a number of apps and I'm getting this message:

 

ASAP validation failed: token is expired

I have tried Chrome and Edge on multiple systems and networks.

Hi Tom,

This looks like an authentication issue. 

Have you tried incognito mode and/or clearing your cookies?
Or logging out and in again? 

Do you have any more information in your Jira Server log files?

So I checked and it looks like the entire Marketplace site is down.
