Hi we have the Jira/zendesk integration from zendesk installed.

One of the things we'd like to do is to map the Zendesk ticket ID and the customer name (we will settle for the organization ID for now) to JIRA - so we can do some analytics on the JIRA side. And they would be read-only on the JIRA side.

But neither fields are available for mapping configuration.  Did I miss something somewhere?  Or these fields require special handling?

@Anna Li & @aDalati hello. If you're open to 3rd party solutions - check out ZigiOps. It's fully no-code and offers bi-directional connection & synchronization in a few minutes. It has advanced customization functionalities so you can tailor which fields (mappings) to sync (custom/regular/etc.). Feel free to explore ZigiOps and let us know it you have any further questions.

Hi @Anna Li

This is Majid @ Exalate.

I am not sure what integration app you are using, but this should be pretty simple to do with Exalate. You can map almost any field across for updates and choose the direction that it syncs.

Hope it helps.

Thanks

Majid
