Looking for Documentation for Big Gantt

Our company is evaluating the Big Gantt plugin for Jira.  I am trying to find documentation related to Big Gantt along with a best practices document.  The only thing I can find relating to Big Gantt is release notes.  

 

I am always having trouble with the SoftwarePlant webpage.  It never responds or errors out.

Now that Big Gantt is part of the Appfire company, their documentation works and can be found here https://appfire.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DLP/overview
