Hi @Bill

Are you looking to set the Priority field based on keywords in the Summary?

If yes, it should be possible using Automation.

If you could give us some more details about the need (eg. keywords, example Summaries, etc) - we can help you with some further instructions :)

Hi @Stephen Wright _Elabor8_ yes, some example summaries could be

  • High Level Design - project xyz
  • Kickoff - project xyz

I would like to search for keywords in the summary, not the whole summary (i.e. "high level design" or "kickoff"

Hi @Bill

In Automation, the Issue Fields condition allows you to check the Summary field contains a value, which could be a word or phrase within a larger Summary text
