Jira ticket activity auto-creating time slots in Tempo

When I access a ticket in Jira it automatically creates a time slot in Tempo as if I have performed some actions within the ticket. As it is not always the case that I need to remain in the ticket to perform any tasks, this can become rather annoying when viewing my Tempo timesheet.

This appears to be a new function that has previously not been evident.

Is it possible to configure the system on an individual user basis so that this doesn't happen?

Hello Paul,

If you don’t want to see incomplete activities (activities that require additional info before logging), you can toggle the incomplete activities option in the Filter to disable it.

For more information please kindly have a look in our document here:

Hi Paul,

I have the same problem for some users only and I don't know where this behavior is configured.
Were you able to solve the problem?

Thanks
