While using the search_issues() call in my code, I noticed that if I provide the field "key" in the list of fields, the field's value will have been changed to "issue_key" after the call. Example code before:
fields = ["key"]
print(fields)
jira.search_issues(query, fields=fields)
print(fields)
The resulting print:
['key']
['issuekey']
Is this a known bug and has it been fixed? I would not expect the library to modify the provided parameters.
The same issue does not seem to happen on version 3.1.1.
