I can link issues and create issues, update information.
I can notify all the linked issues on Zendesk side.
But if I select 'Notify' on the jira side, it gives me:
Unable to load add-on content. Please try again later.
error
Not sure how to fix this.
@Abhishek Govani
In case helps, I only saw this in Firefox. I was able to resolve after adding an exception at the browser level here:
about:preferences#privacy
I have the same issue. It was working perfectly but has recently started failing.
I'm investigating this to fix on my side and will keep updating here.
Until now, I've unlinked the whole flow and tried it again. I've also noticed some changes from when it was last working.
Previously, (1) comments would update from Jira into Zendesk, now they are not and (2) the ticket details from fields that were linked would also update based on the changes made on Zendesk, now they do not.
