Jira Software - Change Server hardware requires license key update ?

Does changing the HW where the Jira Server is running (on Win Server 2016 Virtual Machine in vSphere 6.5.0 environment moved to another physical HW running vSphere 8) require an update of the license key ?

It looks not from this answer I could found dealing with similar question but just to be sure...
