Jira Cloud for Excel add-in always failed in connecting to jira

Hi, I am using online microsoft 365 - excel to collect information and updates, and I want to sync it to Jira, but the add-in Jira Cloud for excel never worked. When I tried to log-in and connect to Jira, it always pop out a page with error message as shown below. My office365 account and Jira account is the same.
