JSU: may I clone a ticket in another instance using a wf transition?

Hello, 

We are using JSU on two different instances of Jira Software. We would like to clone a tkt from a project on a instance to another. 

We are thinking to use project variables to set the destination project but we can't find what value can we indicate.
