JQL TimeTrackingByRole

We are using the Tracking & Estimation for Jira. I am trying to use JQL to find Tasks that don't have estimates. 

I looked at the support pdf and it look like the query below should work, but its not.  I get no issues, when I know I have at least one task that has 1hr for Development.

timeTrackingByRoles= 'org##Developers##1h'

I don't like the Estimations report since we are not setup for Sprints, so its a but clunky. We also have around 150 tasks per fix version, so I just want to limit to those that don't have an estimate.

Any ideas?

I'd contact the vendor directly on this one - you can do this from their Marketplace listing:

1. Go to the listing
2. Select the Support tab - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213605/tracking-estimation-for-jira?tab=support&hosting=cloud
3. Choose the Submit a support request hyperlink under Contact
