The My Reminders add-on
is used extensively here for a lot of things.
Recently the UI has been revamped (look nicer) but we lost a very important feature: it doesn't tell us when are the reminder for an issue. It approximate by saying "in a week", "in a month" ...
Can you please put back the exact date/time for the reminders on the UI?

You can check the add-on developed by our team, which creates personal and group reminders, and shows exact date and time when reminder will be sent. You can set single reminder, as well as periodical reminders for every day, week and month.
It also has permissions settings, so you can restrict who can create and manage reminders.

My organization has not adopted the cloud version for Jira yet. Is there a reminder option for non cloud? I already tried the add on option but since they are all foreign countries we cannot purchase.
Just looking for a simple way to set a reminder to follow up on a ticket that has not been addressed.
