JIRA Cloud for Excel
As a contractor I work for multiple customers using my own PC. Obviously, I am signed in O365 using my Corporate account.
When installing JIRA Cloud for Excel I encounter multiple issues:
1) the Add-IN is sourced from the Microsoft AppSource (using my Corporate Account). However, the JIRA cloud I need to connect to is NOT owned by my corporation but by my client who is only using Google Workspace and not O365! Clicking the "Get It Now" button results in a "Sign in to Microsoft AppSource" dialog box requesting my email address. Filling in my customer's Google UserdID (instead of my corporate Windows UserID) then results in a "Pick an Account" dialog box that only shows my Corporate Account. Enforcing to sign in with my customer's Google UserdID results in "This username may be incorrect": works as designed. However when I sign using my Corporate account, the "Get It Now" button will install the add-in as expected but it is using my Corporate account profile which will not allow me to connect to my customer's JIRA!
2) In EXcel, I can activate the "JIRA Cloud Get Started" button which should show me 3 screens (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-integrate-jira-cloud-with-ms-excel-add-in-1163767746.html) but it only shows me 2. Entering the code for the second screen results in error:"Access denied This app requires access to a Jira & User identity site which you don’t have or don’t have the permission to access". There seems to be conflict between the UserID used for/embedded in the Add-In (i.e. my corporate account) and customer's userID active for my Atlassian account. As step two already failed, I never get to see the third screen where I am supposed get this Oath approval screen and choose the correct site to approve the integration is never shown

All help is welcome.
