JETI template for issue mentioned notification

Email This Issue version : 9.2.1.1

Is there a way for us to be able to modify email notifications for mentioned users?

One specific project on our Jira instance is requesting to add details for the mentioned notifications similar to what we can do via issue commented event.

Although we can modify the issue mentioned template, this will affect all other projects.

I'm trying to explore JIRA and Email This Issue's documentations but no clear information if its possible.
